We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Application Developer to support a short-term, cloud-focused implementation project. This role is ideal for a hands-on specialist who combines strong development expertise with a deep understanding of CMDB architecture and cloud integrations. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality ServiceNow configurations aligned with business and infrastructure needs. The project requires practical knowledge of cloud platforms and API integrations, as well as the ability to troubleshoot complex integration scenarios. You will collaborate within a distributed EU-based team, working closely with architects and stakeholders. This is a contract position with strong potential for extension based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver ServiceNow application development and configuration based on defined business requirements
Design, maintain, and optimize CMDB structure and related data quality processes
Implement and manage integrations with cloud environments and external systems
Develop and troubleshoot REST/SOAP API integrations and authentication mechanisms
Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and platform standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud-based transformation initiatives
Requirements
5–8 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development
Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent ServiceNow development certification
Strong practical experience working with CMDB (CSDM knowledge is a plus)
Proven experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or similar platforms)
Solid expertise in cloud integrations and API development (REST/SOAP, authentication patterns, troubleshooting)
Experience working in distributed, international teams
Strong communication skills in English
Nice to Have
Experience in cloud migration or transformation projects
Familiarity with ITSM processes and governance frameworks
Experience with automated testing or CI/CD within ServiceNow environments
