We are looking for an experienced Media Business Development Partnership & Growth professional to help scale a fast-growing AdTech ecosystem transforming real-time telecom data into high-intent advertising revenue opportunities. This role combines strategic partnership development, revenue growth, and campaign performance ownership across brands, agencies, and media partners. You will play a key role in expanding the advertising business by building strong agency and brand relationships, driving campaign performance, and identifying scalable growth opportunities within a rapidly evolving digital advertising environment.

About the Role
The platform enables advertisers to leverage real-time subscriber intent signals to deliver highly targeted campaigns that drive measurable CPC and CPM performance outcomes. As one of the early strategic hires in the advertising business unit, you will help shape and scale a high-growth media ecosystem focused on performance, innovation, and long-term revenue growth. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role where you will own partner relationships, campaign growth initiatives, and revenue expansion efforts across both local and global markets.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships & Business Growth
Build and strengthen relationships with global and local brands, advertisers, and media agencies
Develop long-term partnership strategies and joint business plans focused on visibility, engagement, and revenue growth
Manage strategic relationships with media agencies and holding groups, creating frameworks for collaboration and performance accountability
Identify and onboard new advertising partners through networking, market research, and industry relationships
Campaign & Revenue Management
Own and optimize always-on campaign strategies across placements, targeting, visibility, and seasonality
Support ongoing campaigns while identifying upsell and growth opportunities within existing accounts
Contribute to revenue planning, forecasting, and quarterly growth targets
Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies to maximize ROI and partner success
Business Development & Commercial Strategy
Support new business pitches, proposals, and client presentations
Develop innovative campaign concepts and promotional mechanics aligned with advertiser goals
Use market insights, trends, and internal analytics to identify high-potential growth opportunities
Drive scalable advertising initiatives that increase partner retention and long-term revenue contribution
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align campaign objectives, timelines, and reporting
Act as a trusted day-to-day contact for agencies and brand partners

Requirements
5+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, agency partnerships, or brand partnerships
Strong network of local brands and media agencies
Proven experience managing agency relationships and multi-brand portfolios
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities through data and market trends
Experience driving advertising revenue growth and campaign performance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset
Data-driven approach combined with creative problem-solving abilities
Passion for AdTech, digital media, and advertising innovation
Spanish language proficiency (mandatory)

Nice to Have
Experience within telecom, AdTech, martech, or performance marketing ecosystems
Experience working with CPC/CPM advertising models
Familiarity with audience targeting, attribution, and campaign optimization
Existing relationships with regional media agencies and advertising networks
Experience working in high-growth startup or scale-up environments
