We are looking for experienced SAP Basis Administrators to support complex SAP landscapes, including administration, monitoring, security, transport management, and high-availability configurations. This role requires strong technical expertise across multiple SAP components and databases, as well as the ability to operate in global, cross-functional environments.

Required Technical Experience
- Experience with: ECC, BO, BI, PI, Portal, Solman, SLT, SRM, CRM, Fiori, TM, EM, GRC, Redwood, IDM, HANA, NWDI, Java administration
- 4+ years of Oracle database administration experience
- 2+ years of Linux OS administration experience
- Hands-on experience with SAP HANA and HANA Enterprise DB, including High Availability setup and maintenance
- Good understanding of SAP Security
- Solid understanding of networking concepts
- Experience with DB export/import and homogeneous/heterogeneous system copy
- Experience in global SAP implementation programs (plus)
Nice to have: SAP certifications (ECC, NetWeaver, Solution Manager, Portal, HANA, SCM, SRM)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform transport management tasks with full documentation
- Configure, schedule, and monitor backup solutions
- Perform ad-hoc backups and restores
- Monitor and proactively tune SAP systems for performance
- Perform SAP Security Administration (roles, users, access management)
- Troubleshoot incidents and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate product-related issues with SAP
- Maintain and improve SAP NetWeaver/Basis standards and procedures
- Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Share knowledge and document solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on SAP architecture and improvements
- Provide technical guidance to SAP development teams
- Analyze HANA/Oracle data access, integration, and storage requirements
- Enforce change management and transport procedures
- Support smooth knowledge transfer from previous SAP teams
