We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to lead and evolve the core web platform behind one of the world’s most trusted AI benchmarking resources. You will own full-stack development for our public website and internal systems, working directly with the founders to shape architecture, engineering culture, and product direction at a critical growth stage. If you join in the coming weeks, you’ll be part of a team of ~25, with direct influence on how AI benchmarking is built, visualized, and consumed globally.

What You’ll Do
Lead full-stack development and continuous optimization of the Artificial Analysis web platform
Build and maintain features using TypeScript / Next.js (Vercel-hosted)
Design and integrate scalable backend services using PostgreSQL (Supabase)
Create intuitive UI and data visualizations that translate complex AI benchmarking data into clear, interactive user experiences for thousands of daily users
Improve engineering practices across DevOps, infrastructure, CI/CD, and reliability
Mentor and guide a small team of engineers, setting a high bar for technical quality and delivery
Work in an AI-native development workflow, leveraging modern AI tools to maximize engineering leverage and speed
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
3+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong expertise in modern frontend development: JavaScript / TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js
Experience working with or integrating LLMs and modern AI tools
Ability to balance clean architecture and maintainable code with rapid execution
Strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating under ambiguity
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate directly with founders
Proven ability to independently lead projects in fast-moving environments
Genuine passion for AI and emerging technologies
Nice to Have:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or related field
Experience with Python for data analysis (e.g., pandas)
Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch)
Experience in data visualization, analytics dashboards, or technical reporting
