A Y Combinator-backed Seed-stage startup building the AI layer for professional services and software implementation. The platform automates documentation, discovery, and decision workflows across a $400B+ professional services market. The team is early, fast-moving, and execution-focused. We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Product to own and ship user-facing product experiences end-to-end. This is not a narrow backend role. This is a product engineer role.
You will:
- Build and iterate on AI-powered collaborative workflows
- Translate complex enterprise processes into intuitive interfaces
- Ship document synthesis and generation experiences powered by LLM infrastructure
- Own features from design → implementation → launch → iteration
- Integrate enterprise tools (Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, etc.)
- Work directly with design, GTM, and deployed services teams
- The bar is high: speed, ownership, and sharp execution.
What You’ll Have
- 4+ years software engineering experience (post-BS/MS)
- Strong full-stack or frontend-leaning product experience
- Proven track record shipping user-facing SaaS features
- Comfort working across stack (UI + API + data layer)
- Strong CS fundamentals
- Strong product judgment
- Early-stage startup grit preferred
- NYC-based, full-time in office
