Reporting to the VP of Revenue, you will partner closely with enterprise AEs who are already closing strong deals with minimal marketing support. Your mandate is clear: prove that structured marketing investment drives pipeline leverage, then build scalable systems that support nine-figure recurring revenue ambitions. This is a high-ownership role for someone analytical, commercially sharp, and comfortable challenging positioning assumptions when market reality demands it.

Key Responsibilities
Own measurable marketing contribution to new logo pipeline
Design and execute ABM programs targeting high-value enterprise accounts
Drive conference and field marketing strategy to generate qualified opportunities
Increase brand visibility among top-tier banks and strategic prospects
Build and maintain high-impact, insight-led sales collateral (ROI calculators, POV decks, executive presentations)
Refine messaging and positioning through structured feedback loops with Sales, CS, and Product
Conduct win/loss analysis and validate resonance through controlled experiments
Capture and translate market insights into actionable campaign strategy
Establish marketing systems that scale with revenue growth
Requirements
3–6 years of B2B marketing experience supporting enterprise deals ($100K+ ACV)
Proven track record of generating measurable pipeline impact
Hands-on experience with ABM and field marketing initiatives
Experience in enterprise SaaS, fintech, or regulated industries strongly preferred
Strong analytical mindset; comfortable discussing pipeline %, conversion, and ROI
Experience partnering closely with enterprise sales teams
Ability to build collateral that directly improves conversion rates
