We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to maximize value delivered to users and accelerate both organic and paid growth. This is a hands-on execution role. A Paris-based EdTech startup building AI-powered tools to help the next generation learn more effectively and stay motivated.

You will:
  • Scale organic growth channels (TikTok focus)
  • Optimize and scale paid acquisition (Meta, TikTok)
  • Build a scalable influencer strategy
  • Improve SEO and ASO for app visibility
  • Operate with a strong experimentation culture
  • You will work closely with product and founders to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.

What You’ll Own
  • Organic Growth
  • Scale TikTok presence with performance-driven content strategy
  • Build repeatable creator and UGC loops
  • Develop influencer partnerships at scale
  • Paid Growth
  • Launch, test, and optimize campaigns on Meta and TikTok
  • Improve ROAS and CAC efficiency
  • Build scalable paid acquisition structure
  • SEO & ASO
  • Improve app discoverability
  • Optimize keyword positioning
  • Improve store conversion rates
  • Analytics & Experimentation
  • Run structured growth experiments
  • Analyze funnel performance (activation, retention, LTV)
  • Build dashboards and reporting systems
  • Maintain a strong culture of testing

Must-Have Requirements
  • 5 years in Growth Marketing
  • Experience with B2C mobile apps (strongly preferred)
  • Strong data-driven mindset
  • Experience running paid acquisition campaigns
  • Experience with TikTok growth strategies
  • Fluent English
  • Entrepreneurial mindset

Nice to Have
  • EdTech experience
  • Experience with AI-powered products
  • Prior startup or founder experience
  • ASO specialization
