We are hiring Product Engineers — generalist, full-stack builders who operate at the intersection of engineering, product, and real-world operational impact. This is a high-ownership role.
You will:
- Ship features end-to-end
- Build across real-time AI systems, backend services, and user-facing tools
- Work directly with founders and customer-facing teams
- Solve high-stakes problems tied directly to revenue outcomes
- The features you build are used immediately by thousands of operators and technicians and directly impact customer revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Own features from idea → design → implementation → launch → iteration
- Build real-time AI-driven user experiences and backend services
- Develop data workflows and system integrations
- Translate customer feedback into rapid product improvements
- Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and GTM teams
- Maintain high standards for reliability, testing, and monitoring
- Prioritize ruthlessly in ambiguous environments
- Contribute to a fast-moving, high-velocity engineering culture
Requirements
- 4–8 years of software engineering experience (minimum 2 years)
- Strong full-stack background
- Experience owning product-critical features end-to-end
- Familiarity with AI systems, LLMs, or AI-assisted workflows
- Strong autonomy and product judgment
- Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Computer Science degree (preferred from a strong program)
- Willingness to work full-time in-office in NYC
- Think like a product owner, not just a developer

- Can move from backend systems to frontend UX comfortably
